It was a great pleasure attending AJ’s Art of Wine and Tastes of Summer Event. As part of the media, we were given a free wine glass holder as a parting gift.
There was a variety of wines and tasty treats that had our tastebuds jumping for joy. After almost 2 hours in, our bellies were definitely full.
All guests received a plate with a wine glass for treats and various wine tastings.
Here are some of our favorite treats and we also only chose one wine of our choice.
Pork and Chicken Liver Moussee with Truffles
Les Trois Petits Cochons’ best selling mousse.
A delectable combination of chicken liver, truffles, sherry and Pineau des Charentes.
Petits Toasts aux Herbes de Provence
mini crackers with Herbes de Provence
Cornichons – baby sour Gherkins
Petits Poivrons – Sweet Mini Peppers
Moutarde Basque – Espelette Pepper Mustard

Rougette bon.fire grilling cheese. This cheese was very tasting with a slight sweetness.
Sundried Tomato Pesto Shrimp on Crostini – I love sundried tomatoes and the shrimp really blended well with the cracker, cheese and shrimp.
Spicy Tuna Roll
Cambria, Phantom, Celeste Wines
Burrata Cheese Crostini with Brizo Dressing
This fruit salad from Melissa’s was very delicious. Strawberries, oranges, plums, jackfruit and coconut water.
We would also like to send a special thanks to Stevie for providing us with a goody bag with everything to make a fruit salad.
Pacific seafood oysters – This was like heaven in my mouth. Yummy good.
This Mac & Cheese was to die for, very creamy and the carmalized sweet onions plus the smoked cheese made all the difference.

American Wagyu Ground Beef
Beecher’s Smoked Flagship Cheese
Caramelized sweet onions
