When Victoria Chavez started her fiery family owned business over 40 years ago, she had no idea it would prosper and grow to what it is now. The red chili burrito is a best seller. There are robust beef shreds and Hatch peppers from New Mexico. If you choose this dish you might even cry! Tears of joy that is.
