We’ve developed an article specifically for those who are looking to make a move into good tight knit communities where you can feel confident in raising a family in.  Check out these communities (and even one bonus one) where you can search available houses for sale and change your life for the better.

Ashland Ranch

For residents who live in the Ashland Ranch community, they’re living the American Arizonan Dream. Demographics show majority of homeowners in this community have two household incomes and children under the age of 18. Houses in Ashland Ranch are both one and two story, large, multi-bedroom – some with up to 5 and 6 bedrooms.

Other East Valley communities have homes built within 10ft of the next, not this Ashland Ranch, majority of these homes sit on large grass lots and some with in-ground swimming pools as well. Ashland Ranch homes were built in the late 1990’s to early 2000’s, primarily of wood and stucco, all have two/three car garages. If you have a financially stable career, have children or expecting, and looking to buy a house in a quiet but upscale community – Ashland ranch is the place for you.

Similar to the Val Vista Lakes community, many of the homes in Ocotillo Ranch, Fox Crossing and Balboa Way neighborhoods all back up to bodies of water providing the perfect evening sunsets. If you’re looking to get a few miles from the grind of cars on the interstate and into a well-rounded, upscale community – Ocotillo may be a place to give a second look as well.
