The loyal owner, Yoshio Otomo, has been serving the Southeast Valley region for over 10 years now. Shimogamo doesn’t just serve up Sushi, they also have some unique dishes which come highly recommended.
For those vegetarians out there, they’ve a Kanpyo Roll. It’s layered within a bed of crisp seaweed and is topped off with rice and a sweet pickled squash. We encourage you to have a seat at the bar and have a friendly chat with the sushi chefs.
